You order the physical products directly from the supplier, who is fully responsible for authenticity, quality, and shipping.
5. Do I have to pay twice to get the physical product(s)?
Yes — but not for the same thing.

6. How long does delivery take?

Most suppliers ship within 14–21 days, but the exact time is shown on their website.
7. I didn’t receive my email or PDF — what should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder.
If it’s not there, contact us and we will resend your files immediately.
8. Can I get a refund?
Digital products are non‑refundable once delivered, as stated in our store policies.
However, if there was a technical issue (e.g., file not received, file corrupted), we will resend the digital file to you.
